It was only after exploring the systemic patterns that kept re-injurying that poor disc that she began to build back her confidence in her body. She avoided further damage and gained back her strength. Sonja has helped countless clients improve their quality of life by improving their relationship with their own body. She offers 1:1 sessions and group classes – both in person and virtual.

DonnaRose spent her childhood growing up in a family attached to the US defence force where she fully embraced travelling, meeting new people and having plenty of new experiences. Her private practices have included teaching, presenting and training in the USA, Germany, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Australia. These days DonnaRose brings compassion, curiosity, an understanding of functional developmental movement, and much happiness to her practice in the Gold Coast Queensland.

“While my Feldenkrais movement practice started out as an obsession to make my body more graceful indulging in my passion for performing dance (25 years ago now). Little did I realise back when I began my journey that this movement modality was going to save me so much discomfort, pain and stress.
What drives me today is a strong curiosity for helping women and dancers better understand themselves. To get comfortable in their own skin by creating a learning environment online and in person to give them the tools to resolve their aches and pains, once & for all. So they look & feel totally effortless.”
Angela McMillan is a Movement Coach and Digital Marketing Coach based in Australia. She is a dance teacher, fitness instructor, and Feldenkrais practitioner.
Angela created this Mighty Networks community to fuse together her two businesses and passions. So that her digital marketing clients (mostly Feldenkrais practitioners) have a platform to share their expertise with a global audience.

Ralph Hadden Bio
Ralph has had a lifetime fascination with the natural world- plants, insects, birds, animals and in particular human anatomy, neurology and physiology. This has been the foundation for his career of 40+ years as a body and movement therapist, teacher and trainer of teachers.
He is a veteran Feldenkrais practitioner, teaching the method since 1988, and is author of “Your 14 Day Pelvis Program”, a book of Feldenkrais exercises and information for pelvic health.
He practices in Melbourne and teaches nationally and internationally.
In his spare time he trains in Aikido (he has a black belt) and Tai chi and enjoys walking, dancing, swimming in the sea, reading and cryptic crosswords.

Meet Patricia, a person who growing up, felt the world was too loud and too fast. She wondered if something was wrong with her? In 1996, she received a revelation from a psychologist: she wasn’t broken, but rather part of the 15-20% of individuals classified as Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs).
Armed with this newfound knowledge, Patricia embarked on a quest to know more and how to navigate this trait. She studied and mastered the techniques Feldenkrais, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Inner Reconciliation, all of which helped her communicate more skillfully with her nervous system.
Now, Patricia’s mission is to share these methods with fellow HSPs, helping them embrace and thrive in their sensitivity.
